Over four weeks online, participants engage in practical discussions around strategic influence, executive communication, organizational alignment, decision-making, and the leadership patterns that shape how marketing leaders are perceived across the organization.

Over four weeks, participants move through a guided leadership experience built around live discussion, practical application, reflection, and ongoing conversation with peers navigating many of the same leadership realities.
The experience is intentionally designed to stay highly participatory and directly connected to real situations participants are actively navigating inside their organizations. Cohorts are kept intentionally small so discussions remain thoughtful, practical, and grounded in real experience.
The progression across the four weeks is intentionally structured to help leaders rethink how they communicate, influence, and operate inside the business.

Understanding the pressure that pulls marketing leaders back toward activity, output, and short-term proof and why operating differently now matters.
Week 2
Decode the CEO
Learning how to better interpret executive priorities, business direction, and the pressures shaping leadership decisions across the organization.
Week 3
Translate to CFO
Connecting marketing to business value in ways that strengthen strategic credibility and help leadership teams better understand marketing’s contribution to the business.
Week 4
Build Your Strategic Leadership Cadence
Creating a practical rhythm for communicating, aligning, and reinforcing marketing’s strategic contribution over time.
Taken together, the four weeks are designed to help build the perspective, judgment, and communication capabilities that allow them to contribute as business leaders, not just marketing leaders.

Most participants spend approximately 60–90 minutes per week with the experience.
