Start by getting clear about what you want.
Everyone begins Marketing Field House with Leading Beyond Marketing, a four-week experience designed to help you step back from the role you have today and get clearer about what you want from the next part of your working life.
Over the first four weeks, you take stock of where you are now, open up the possibilities, identify the directions worth exploring, and turn that thinking into something you can begin acting on.
Four weeks to get the picture into focus.
Leading Beyond Marketing moves through four questions.
Week 1 — Where am I now, and what do I want?
We look at what you have become known for, what people turn to you for, and how that has shaped the work and opportunities that keep coming your way. Then we look at what you want to keep, what you want less of, and what you want the next part of your working life to give you.
Week 2 — What could this look like?
This is where we widen the possibilities. You may already have a direction in mind, or you may discover possibilities you have never seriously considered. The goal is to identify the ones worth understanding better. You also have a private 1:1 conversation during this part of the process so we can apply the work directly to your situation.
Week 3 — What would make those directions real?
Once a few possibilities start to stand out, we look at what each one would require. What do you need to learn? What experience or credibility would matter? Who could help you understand the path? What assumptions need to be tested?
Week 4 — What do I do now?
You turn the thinking into something practical. You decide which directions deserve attention, what you want to explore first, and what you can do next to start learning through action.
You build a Direction Field Map as you go.
Throughout the four weeks, you create your Direction Field Map. It becomes a living picture of:
What you want more of
The directions you are considering
What you need to learn or demonstrate
What you are testing
The choices beginning to open up
And where you want to focus next
It changes as you learn more and gives you one place to see how your thinking is developing.
Then we decide what deserves your attention next.
After Leading Beyond Marketing, we meet privately for Designing Your Direction.
We look at what has emerged, challenge the assumptions behind it, and decide what deserves further attention.
That may mean understanding a path more deeply, meeting the right people, testing something in the real world, building experience or credibility, or working through a decision already in front of you.
From there, your experience inside Marketing Field House follows the direction you are developing.
What you have access to over the next 12 months.
As your direction develops, different parts of Marketing Field House Collection become useful at different times.
Experts in Residence. Experienced people whose perspective you can draw on over time.
Field Guides. Subject-matter experts who help you understand a specific path, question, or area when it becomes relevant.
Your Personal Advisory Board. We help you build a small group of people chosen because their perspective is useful to you and the direction you are exploring.
Targeted introductions. When there is a genuine fit, we connect you with people who can help you understand a path, role, or area more clearly. The purpose is perspective and learning, not recruiting.
An ongoing shared space with other experienced marketing leaders. A place to compare notes, exchange perspective, and continue the conversation between sessions.
Field Experiment support. Help designing practical ways to test possibilities before making a major commitment.
Second Opinions. Private experienced perspective when a specific opportunity, idea, or choice comes up (4)
Decision Rooms. Several perspectives around a bigger decision, helping you see trade-offs, pressure-test your thinking, and identify what you may be missing (2)
Private 1:1 conversations. One during Leading Beyond Marketing, Designing Your Direction after the four weeks, and two later private check-ins as your direction develops.
You will not use every part at the same moment. What becomes relevant depends on what you are exploring and what you learn along the way.

-
Marketing Field House is designed for experienced senior marketing leaders who are thinking more deliberately about what they want the next stage of their work and leadership to look like.
You may already have a clear sense of what you want more of, or you may only know that you do not want the next part of your career to be defined entirely by the role you are playing today.
-
Most CMO and marketing communities are designed to help you become a better marketer or a stronger marketing leader in the role you already have.
Marketing Field House is focused on a different question: what do you want the next part of your working life to look like?
That may include marketing, broader leadership, advisory work, entrepreneurship, a portfolio career, or something else entirely.
The focus is not on helping you perform better in the role you have. It is on helping you become more deliberate about where you want your experience to take you next.
That is what makes Marketing Field House different.

During Leading Beyond Marketing, plan on about two hours a week. That includes the live work together and some time between sessions to reflect, work on your Direction Field Map, and prepare for the next conversation. Some weeks may take a little more or less depending on what you are exploring.
After the first four weeks, there is no fixed weekly time commitment. Marketing Field House is designed to fit around your working life. You might spend time with an Expert or Field Guide, have a Second Opinion, work on a Field Experiment, or revisit your Direction Field Map when something changes. Some weeks you may do nothing at all; at other points, you may spend an hour or two when there is something worth working through.
The goal is not to give you another program to keep up with. It is to have the right support available when it can help you make progress.
-
No. Marketing Field House is not built around watching lessons or working through a library of content.
Leading Beyond Marketing gives the first four weeks structure, but the work is applied to your own situation from the beginning. You are thinking through your direction, talking with people, testing possibilities, and using what you learn to decide what deserves your attention next.
The rest of the year is built around that direction, not around completing modules.
-
All sessions are recorded and shared with participants.
While the live discussions are an important part of the experience, we understand that schedules change and occasional conflicts happen.
-
Each group is intentionally small so the conversations can stay focused, useful and relevant.
The goal is to create a room where experienced marketing leaders can work through real business situations together, not disappear into a large program.
-
The participation fee is $995 for the year.
Many participants may be able to use professional development or leadership development budgets to support participation. The Accelerator is designed around business leadership development, not general marketing training.
